WTF is Gainsight? I guess in a way, you do Gain… Sight.. into how healthy your customers are. Create customer journeys, improve customer onboarding, and know when your customers are at risk of churning. Gainsight is one of, if not the most mature Customer Success Platform in the market and has learned from tonsssss of data on how to increase NRR.
Why is this important? I mean, who the hell wants to lose customers? No one! This is extremely important if you have high customer churn, ineffective onboarding, lack of customer insight, or challenges managing renewals.
